Symptoms:
After disconnection, the car’s screen displays its original interface instead of the device’s connection interface
Explanation:
This issue typically occurs in older vehicle models or Toyota/Lexus vehicles, and is common with CarlinKit Tbox series products. The power output from the USB port in these vehicles does not meet the device’s requirements. Once connected, the device disconnects shortly thereafter. In this case, you need to use a Y-shaped auxiliary power cable.

This issue may also occur with CarLife series products. In this case, you need to update the product’s firmware to the latest version.
In extremely rare cases with newer vehicle models, this issue may require software debugging. In such cases, please send a clear photo of the entire car screen, along with the vehicle’s make, model, and year, to CarlinKit customer service.
Situation 2: CarlinKit product disconnects from the phone
Symptoms: After connecting via wireless CarPlay or Android Auto, the connection drops back to the device’s connection interface.
