CarlinKit respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users of its services. This application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, the application will handle such information with a high degree of diligence and care. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, the application will not disclose or provide your personal information to any third party without your prior consent. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. By agreeing to the Application Service User Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Application Service User Agreement.

II. Scope of Information Collection

During operation, “AutoKit” requires the following permissions. We will request your consent before using these permissions. Any permission that you have not explicitly authorized will not be accessed or used without authorization.

Microphone Permission
With your separate consent, we will use your microphone permission to provide you with voice assistant, phone call, and message-reply functions.
USB Read Permission
When a USB device is connected to an Android device, this permission is used to assist in displaying information about the USB device and providing related functions.
ANDROID ID / Device Information
Used to identify the device, synchronize data, and provide application upgrades and updates. Most device manufacturers currently support changing the device’s unique identifier to help protect your control over your personal information. For specific methods of withdrawing consent or changing such information, please refer to the instructions for the terminal device you are using.

You may access the system “Settings” at any time to manage the permissions granted to this application. The list of permissions requested by the application may vary slightly depending on the version.

III. Use of Information

(1) The application will not provide, sell, rent, share, or otherwise trade your personal information with any unrelated third party, unless you have given prior permission, or such third party, either independently or jointly with the application (including its affiliated companies), provides services to you. After the service has been completed, such third party will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including any information it previously had access to.

(2) The application also does not permit any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any user of the application platform engages in such activities, the application has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with such user once the activity is discovered.

(3) For the purpose of providing services to users, the application may use your personal information, including but not limited to sending you information about products and services, or sharing information with our business partners so that they may send you information about their products and services. The latter requires your prior consent.

(5) If you are a qualified intellectual property rights complainant and have filed a complaint, your information may be disclosed to the party being complained against at that party’s request, so that both parties can handle potential rights disputes and facilitate the completion of a transaction or resolution of a dispute;

(6) Other disclosures that the application considers appropriate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, or website policies.

V. Storage and Transfer of Information

The information and data collected by the application concerning you will be stored on servers operated by the application and/or its affiliated companies. Such information and data may be transferred to and accessed, stored, or displayed in countries or regions outside your country or region of residence, or outside the location where the application collects such information and data.
