How to Upload Log (CP2A/A2A/CarlinKit 3.0/4.0/U2W)


This method is applicable to U2W series/CarlinKit3.0/CarlinKit4.0/A2A/CP2A


1. After your phone turns on WiFi and Bluetooth and connects to the CarlinKit product, use your phone's browser to enter

2. Click "Feedback" at the bottom of the page

3. Simply fill in the problem you encountered and take a screenshot before clicking "Submit".

4.The screenshot of the log, sent to Customer Service or to the email address you communicated with
