Job Description.

1、According to the company's task objectives, responsible for channel sales planning, decomposition task objectives, coordination and organization of the channel to complete the annual sales task objectives in each region.

2、Responsible for organizing and coordinating pre-sales, sales and after-sales service for channel customers.

3、Responsible for regional sales business management, consolidate existing channel customers, constantly develop new channel customers, cooperation program development, negotiation, signing, maintenance, etc..

4、Complete the monthly and annual goals and tasks assigned by the company.

5、Market information collection and feedback, to provide data support and reference opinions for the team strategy.

6、Management, constantly strengthen and improve the staff's business ability and quality and improve the team's sales performance.

7, responsible for sales team building.

Job requirements.

1、College degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in sales team management; no responsibility for high base salary + high commission + bonus + benefits; salary negotiable for experienced.

2, car accessories, automotive electronics domestic and international trade sales experience is preferred.

3、Familiar with the channel development process, good at seizing customer needs, strong public relations skills.

4、Have the ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
